Josh Babitz

Josh Babitz brings over 20 years of commercial and public sector consulting and management experience to Daniel Lynn & Company. His background spans senior roles at leading management consulting firms, where he delivered measurable value through post-merger integration, supply chain optimization, and operational transformation—including leading major footprint consolidation, production improvement, and high profile program initiatives. His expertise extends to direct operational leadership in transit, warehousing, and large-scale distribution environments.

Josh holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. As a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Air Force, he developed his foundation in logistics and inventory management within forward-deployed environments. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Vivek Shah

Vivek Shah brings over 15 years of government and commercial management experience to Daniel Lynn & Company, with expertise in operations planning, process improvement, and business development. His background spans healthcare innovation, consumer services, and defense contracting—including managing government client relationships that have generated several million in contract value throughout his career. As a multi-unit franchise owner, he oversees all aspects of business operations from build-out through ongoing management.

Vivek holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from The Citadel. He is a distinguished U.S. Air Force veteran and former F-15E Instructor, and in 2018 was recognized with the Air Force Fighter Weapons Systems Officer of the Year award. He holds a TS/SCI clearance and Six Sigma credentials, and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Sam Metzler brings over 15 years of commercial and government experience to Daniel Lynn & Company, with expertise in operations, strategic planning, and program management. His commercial background includes executive leadership at a leading oil and gas corporation, where he directed operations across 50+ locations, led multiple acquisitions, and drove enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. His operational expertise spans complex supply chain and logistics management serving thousands of customers across the Southeast.

Sam holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a U.S. Army veteran and former JAG Corps attorney, he developed his ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and provide strategic guidance in high-stakes environments. He is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
